Went to a Walk In Health Centre (if anyone from HCCA is reading??) 2 C about my knee, was shocked that they charged 40 GBP 2 C a nurse practioner - 'cos I live in Oz - but as I needed & was prescribed anti-inflamatories, I got my money back phew! Mind U I then spent it on new really good quality rain gear, which hopefully means I will not encounter much rain!!!!

So all in all, I have blown about 2 weeks budget in 2 days in Norwich!!!

Liz's youngest daughter, Jane, came over very briefly in the late afternoon just 2 say hi which was sweet of her, but not sure that I'll see Charlotte or Clare - what a pity.
